No whirlpool, restaurant did not serve dinner, keys to room did not work well (had them made twice).

Too pricey for valet parking but self parking was out of the way/unsafe.
Excellent hotel and staff, only drawback was the essential need to do valet parking. Self-parking was not easily accessible and I felt unsafe to do self parking as a solo female traveler. $30 a night for valet too much money! ...read more

Had to change rooms because of the heavy perfume.
I'm a professional traveler (in the airline industry). This hotel is fine, but no more than 3.5 stars. My biggest complaint is the courtesy shuttle that they offer. We tipped well for the free ride to the restaurant. After saying he would be there in 10min, he never showed up again to pick us up (we waited for 30 minutes and had to walk back). ...read more
